The My Profile section in the TipHaus Mobile Employee App empowers you to manage your personal account details, security options, daily payout preferences, and organizational resources, all in one place!
Edit Profile & Security
Access your account security and personal details by tapping Edit Profile:
Change Email: Update the primary email address associated with your TipHaus account. Note: If you no longer have access to your current email address, you will need to contact your manager to have it updated in the system.
Change Password: Update your account password at any time.
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): Enable 2FA for an extra layer of account security.
Update PIN for Peer-to-Peer: Change or reset the secure PIN used to authorize your Peer-to-Peer tip transfers.
Biometric Login: Enable Face ID or Fingerprint authentication for fast, secure access to your app.
Notifications
Stay informed about your earnings in real time by customizing your push notifications. When enabled, notifications trigger instantly on your device to keep you updated on:
Daily Tip Transfers: Real-time updates when your daily payouts are processed.
Transfers: Notifications whenever you send or receive Peer-to-Peer tip transfers.
Earned Tip Access (ETA) Settings
⚠️ Note: ETA Settings will only appear if your organization uses Earned Tip Access® and you are currently enrolled in HausDirect or HausMoney.
